A fleet and distribution management system (a services delivery platform) is the project revolves around the working and needs of three types of stakeholders, the distributors, the customers and the salespersons. The duties of each stakeholder are defined as follows:
- The distributors need a platform to manage their fleet, salesmen, products, customers, orders and invoices.
- The customers need a platform to manage their orders, invoice payments and register complaints.
- The salesmen need a platform to see their orders and deliveries along with the locations of deliveries etc, and generate invoices on behalf of orders delivered.
This specific application covers the customer part. A customer can create and manage their orders and Invoices from the application on their Android phones by choosing specific date and time. User has to sign up first to use the services of the application.
